Will a weaned, fledged baby parrot grow any bigger with time, or is the size at fledging the size it will remain for its life?

Most parrots reach their adult size by the time they are going through their first moult. It depends on how big the parrot species is on at what age this is.
Budgies are full grown at 10 to 12 weeks,
blue & gold macaws take until they are 25 to 26 weeks.
At fledging they are about 90% full grown.

No not always..they usually always thicken out. They won't like..double in size..but they will fill out with age and get heavier bodied.
