Is it possiabe to paint vinal siding? and if so, where do I look for the paint, and how often di I need to reaint the house?

I suggest calling professional painter to have it sprayed. In the long run, the price is well worth it to get a pristine finish. It's not as much as you may think, get a few estimates.

Regular siding paint will work but it fades really bad in hot climates.

You can... but it would be cheaper in the long run to have the siding replaced.
