If that is ALL you have in the fridge, go with a slice of pizza. At least that will fill you up better and has SOME nutritional value.

What time do you go to bed? I was told by the personal trainer (when I had one) not to eat past 8 or 9pm when I was going to bed around 11 or 12 pm.

Popcorn might make you feel bloated in the morning, so not a good food to eat if you want to feel skinny :-P

I always find that drinking green tea or a vitamin C drink (my favorite is called EmergenC and has only 10 calories per serving/glass) really helps curb my apetite, especially if I'm craving sugar.

Good luck!

It doesn't matter what time of day you consume foods - a calorie is a calorie, no matter what the time of intake. It's a complete and utter myth that one will gain weight if they "night eat". It's the types of food you eat and how much you eat them that determines weight gain (incase your trying to do this in hopes to lose weight). Studies have shown that if two people who consume the same calories in one day (one who intakes them all before 7 pm and one who spreads them out throughout the day), there is no difference, neither gained/lost weight. It is the total calories throughout the day which determines weight gain/loss. Also food choices: eating fattening, high calorie foods every night before bed will make you gain weight...but so will if you eat them at any other time of the day.
So i'd say you are wasting your time and torturing yourself. If you deprive yourself of things you crave completely, you will most likely over indulge/binge on them later, which is an unhealthy way to live. Once in a while is fine. Especially if you've consumed low calorie foods all day so that you can save for your high calorie dominoes and chips at night. Then if you feel guilty still, just go for a run or long walk in the morning to make up for it. But you really shouldn't be torturing yourself like this since it does no good in the end.
P.S if you are "starving" then it also isn't good. Letting your body reach starvation mode decreases your metabolism which in turn makes you gain weight. You should be eating atleast something every 3 to 4 hours (except for when you're sleeping of course).

Drink a glass of water, brush your teeth, and try to distract yourself by doing something different, such as taking a bath or cleaning. If this doesn't work and you're truly hungry, have a light snack that's healthier than the chips or pizza.

Have a healthy snack. If you're hungry and you don't eat, your metabolism will slow down and you'll burn fat and calories at a slower rate. Have some celery sticks with peanut butter, or some fresh fruit (summer berries are high in antioxidants). Don't hurt yourself by eating pizza or chips!

Try eating dinner at 5 or 5:30 then make sure you drink alot of water. If you must eat try fruit or yogurt. It will take your body a week or two to adjust to the new eating schedule so hang in there. Good luck!!!!!!!!

Well first of all you should probably stop eating at about seven or eight. YOu will lose more weight if you had healthier food at home.Stop buying junk food ad snack on fruit all day long. I carry a bottle of water with me. Water helps you control your appetite and by dinner i am not hungry at all

Eat anyway. Although, you should eat something light and healthy, such as yogurt or maybe even a little bit of fruit like watermelon.

Rock On!

eat a healthy snack like carrots or have a salad. If that doesn't work go to sleep earlier. Supposely your body burns stored fat when you're sleeping thats why theysay not eat three hours before sleeping. When you do this your body burn has no fat to burn so it starts to burn carbohydrates thus making you lose weight.
