Cook them in a water and detergent solution. This will remove the fat, meat and hair. You will still have to scrape them to ensure it's all off, but that's what works for me.

I use this method to prepare skull mounts for my deer and to remove the tusks from the hogs I shoot.

I use to go hunting myself....and now I have to say that I do REGRET it.....I wish I could have just gone out natiure hiking with my dad and his friends or something.
