I get up at 0500 hrs to go to work at 0600.I work a troop medical clinic in a camp in Iraq.we start seeing routine sickcall at 0800 and get done at 1700 in the afternoon.I go back to my room and change into my pts and go to the gym for an hour.then i go take a shower and get chow.at around 2000hrs a group of us sit outside and shoot the sh-t untill about 2300 and then i go to bed and start over again the next day.all in all i don't have it any where near as bad as others.I live in a trailor and never leave the wire.I am a fobit and i like it.I hope that this answers your question.

Get up at about 430am shower eat shine boots, PT at 530am work by 7am, come home at 530p and goto bed around 9ish.

weekends we drink and be family men.
