I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Unless you do something drastic like a fad diet or bad diet pills, both of which are bad for your body; you cannot lose weight without exercise and a sensible eating plan. It will not work. Sorry to be so blunt, but that is the honest truth. Good luck and have a good night!

Umm...ex lax and water? You can't really lose weight without diet and exercise...its unrealistic! The choices you have are: 1) quit being lazy and actually work at it (I just now tried it, and I have lost 25 pounds) or 2) be fat! Sorry...but that's the truth!

SHort cuts are temporary fixes. Although I was watching a show on the new obesity vaccine which seems promising. It might make some people's lifes much easier. I'd still say don't cut corners...take care of your body the way it deserves...it will give you back everything threefold. Be negligent and you will pay one way or the other.

News flash there is no way to loose weight that way. Doing a fad or crash diet is not healthy and will not make you loose fat, just water. When you stop the diet, you will gain it all back, then some!

Scientists, Doctors and Pharmacists are still working on it ! As soon as the develop something to that effect all of us will be informed till then all of us will have to exercise and diet to keep our weight under control.
