One, but for me it works, as long as I start using it before the cold sore actually comes out, like the instructions say. If you wait until after the cold sore comes out, then it still works, but not as well. But still, I wish it didn't cost so much for that one teeny, tiny tube.

They're right, just one... and I have tried it three different times and it NEVER worked for me. I used medicated Blistex when I have cold sores now. It's a lot cheaper and it makes my lips feel better.

Mine had one, and it was a waste of money. I went back to using Blistex, works better and costs less.
