Keep it clean, but don't damage the scapl by exessive rubbing. Don't scratch your scalp with your nails when washing it.

Condition your hair after washing. If you don't condition it brakes off somewhere in the middle, or sometimes brakes off close to the scalp.

Include proper vitamins in you diet. Vitamin A is pretty important, but there are other that relevant.

If you're willing to do extra measures - buy castor oil (usually sold in health food stores). Apply it for 2 hours and then wash your hair. Oil is good at dissolving oily dirt. This is why oil is helpful. You can do it as often as once a week. More is OK, but probably won't bring extra results.

Hmm... If you ment "food recipies" - freshly squeezed carrot juice.

Im a mager in hair and beatuy so is my sister the best thing to do is DO NOT use conditioner its best to use shampoo only and get plenty of sun.. this helps hair grow faster and stronger and try to slay away from clorine if possible i hope i sortet some things out
