My friend is 24 n a girl.she has been seeing a guy for about 2 months now.she really likes him n talks my ear off about him most days.he is someone she wants to get serious with she tells me.in a few weeks she is going to a concert in a city she used to live in 6 hrs away.her boyfriend cant go because hes tied up with work.after a mini search to find someone to go with her, she is now going with a guy friend who lives in the city where the concert is being held.they r going to meet there n she is going to stay the weekend.when i went over her house the other day she was chatting online with a few people including the guy friend.i accidentally caught him typing "i love you" n then she replied "i love you too" n then she sort of joked by saying "and ill love you even more if you can go to the concert with me in a few weeks." i know they r buddies n everything but is it normal for a girl with a bf to talk to another guy that way?

Yes it is. If you were the guy in the other town and typed that you loved her, she'd reply the way she did. He's just a friend, and she loves him as a friend, nothing more.

hmmm....that's a tough one...is it normail for a girl to talk to a friend like that when she has a boyfriend? yah know how stupid that is? is she like a player? that's ABnormal. she not supposed to say that to one other guy friend cuz if the boyfriend finds out about it, then he gon think that she's cheating on him. you know like how a guy does that to a girl? when a guy has a girlfriend, and is like saying things like that to one other girl, the girlfriend gon feel bad. but there's another thing..you know how friends are right?? they say "oh i love you" and all that. there's another one. maybe he likes her too...and she makes him believe that she loves him too if she goes to........yeah..that could be some possiblilities..but i don't know...just talk to her...since she's your friend...act like teasing her saying "oh i read all of the things you guys said to each other...what was that about? huh? how come get the word, 'i love you'? are you seeing somebody else?"......something like that....but i don't know..it's up to you.

I have male friends I love...I care about them as friends...nothing more and when I write to them or chat with them on the phone or online...I tell them I love them.
