I personally gave up on organized religion as a whole a long time ago. However, I do believe in God , or the term I use "Higher Power", faithfully!!!!

Christianity and with most other organized religions, I was forced into following a doctrine that at times I found un-comfortable to deal with. Just because one group cannot deal with another is not my problem. When I die, I'm will be facing God alone. Not with a group of people. I trust the local level ideals of my local fellowship, however I don't subscribe to a national or global religious organization because one day they will ask me to act on belief that "they" will find that we have to "fight" for. Again this would be not my problem.

I have my own relationship with God, and I'm happy and content. I help my fellow man with the one principle, Do unto others...you know, the Golden Rule. I don't need anything else.

Peace!

Satan is a very very powerful angel. The human mind is not always capable to defending itself against such power. It takes a great deal of faith to fight Satan and win. Also some of these luke-warm, so-called Christians have never been taught correctly and it is because of all these so called Ministers or Preachers that are in the business of Religion for the money and not for God. Therefore the people that follow those kind of teachers are being misled and used. And they will also be the ones that pay the price along with their so called religious leaders. And the price that they will have to pay will be a very high one indeed.. So the one that will give up on Christianity so easily are the ones that don't have the proper training to defend their faith against the onslaught of Satan power and lies......

Because of that racist buffoon 'christian warrior'. He's a body building, aggressive, ignorant, racist fool who openly despises Muslims. He states that non white Christians - apparently all Christians are white in Warriors tiny world - have never invented anything. He believes that the States is a white nation, and he also believes that only Christians should benefit from their inventions. He agrees with bigamy so is presumably a member of some mad cult, like Timothy McVeigh.
He acts like a punch drunk boxer. He poses with his shirt off flexing his muscles. I'm so disgusted. I can see shades of Nazi Germany oozing out of his pores. Its the pig headed obstinate way he states absolute garbage as fact 1+1=0; Bats are in fact Birds; the Earth is Flat.
He is the neu future of humanity. Read it and weep.

It took me a long time to establish the solid faith that I have today. There was a time, years ago now, that I hoped that Jesus was everything I thought He might be. I have found that He is and now I would never turn back.
If anyone is about to give up. Just seek Him with all your heart. Press in. Don't be discouraged by "religious " people. They can really bring you down. Look to Jesus. Be filled with God's Spirit. Run after God the way you ran after sin.
He says, "you will find me when you seek me with all your heart. "

Not me Brother.
It's getting stronger each day the Great Day is getting closer.

Rev 6:17 For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?

Rev 16:14 For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.

I bet there are. It's probably because they have come to see certain aspects of the faith they do not understand or agree with. In fact, it's probably because if God existed, he would want them to give up Christianity.

Never. Those who claim they can give up being a Christian have faith but not built on strong foundation.

I am not going to give up , but I am having alot of problems with my beliefs lately. Is there really a purpose for us being here ? Is there really a heaven ? What if there isn't anything after we die ? These thoughts haunt me everyday.
