I love her too she said she does not want to break up but at the same time she does we both trust eachother and both love eachother we talk all the time but now shes been all sad she can't sleep or anything nither can i

She must have some huge conflict issues going on.
It depends on your age. If you are in high school, break up because it sounds like she isn't ready for a commitment. Just becasue two people feel love for each other doesn't mean they are ment for long term. Sometimes Obligation and associoation and habitits make peope think they are in live.
Time will prove it one way or another.

Just love her and support her. If she says that she lied to you, she was probly very confused and thought it was the best thing, if she gets over it, don't get confused and don't bring it up, if she wants to break up, don't get to angry just continue to be her friend otherwise she might get more deppressed and confused. how do i know, I did the same thing to my friend, he got really angry and i did go through some issues. you will probly get angry, try not to show it.

Hold her when she's sad and tell her that no matter what she does you'll be there for her, at least as her friend, and if she wants you, as her lover. Be supportive and kind.
