14lbs in 4 weeks comes to 3.5lbs a week. To lose this weight all you have to do is find your MAINTENANCE calorie level, meaning the amount of calories that your body uses up during a day. Since a lb of fat is considered to be 3500 Calories that means you'd need a deficit of 12,250 Calories per week which comes to a deficit of 1750 Calories a day.
If you weigh only 120lbs then you might not even eat that amount during the day... so this is where we have to employ cardio.

Try to find out roughly how many Calories you eat during the day... I'm going to approximate it at 1300 Calories. Subtract 1750 and you end up with negative 450 Calories per day. So now you have to pick your combination of dieting and cardio. Either way, cardio is going to be your best friend for thte next month.
Here are a couple of examples so you get the point:
1.) Only eat 500 Calories a day, creating a debt of ~800 Calories and EACH DAY do 950 Calories-worth of cardio.
2.) Only eat 800 Calories a day, creating a debt of ~500 Calories and EACH DAY do 1250 Calories-worth of cardio.

In general your options are not going to be comfortable or even close to it. 120lbs isn't very much to weigh in the first place so you might want to specify how tall you are so we get a better idea. The options that I've given you are pretty rigorous... you're not going to be eating much at all (although spreading small meals out during the day can help a lot) and to use up those amounts of Calories via exercise will take up a large amount of time during the day. If I were you I'd extend the timeline or maybe try losing 5-10lbs in the 4 week period since those options are a lot more realistic. This is why it helps a lot to plan ahead but remember even if you are only able to lose, say, 7 lbs in this time you will still look that much better than you did when you started.

Don't count calories. Change what you eat. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic index and load. It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way we have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin. Not a diet, but diet lifestyle.

Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad carbs and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Links page has gov. BMI calculater to find out just how much overweight you are. Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.
