did you do the top first when you were applying it? That could have been a small part of the problems .I dont know what volume the perioxide mixter was the basic is twenty but that has alot to do with it to.Next time do the stubborn area first and than wait awhile and than apply the rest. Also if you are going lighter the top of your head next to your scalp produces more heat so it will processes faster than the rest.Good luck

Did you put the same color on all over? If you tried to lighten it, alot of peoples hair is darker underneath and that hair won't get as light as the top. Also if you started applying the color at the top it stayed on longer than the bottom so you can try starting at the bottom next time . be careful if you decide to reapply, the bottom may end up lighter than the top.

Hey Gurl Just wait a few weeks to dye it again. But personally go to any CVS Pharamcy and buy a stricking kit.

this usualli happens with browns and bleching..you just have to bleach your hair really light and then dye it your desired colour its the only way itall work no matter what your colour its less damaging then experimenting over and over..just bleach and dye...good luck

i suggest you go to a professional hair stylist so that they can properly assess the problem and help you out, you don't wanna do anything to totally damage your hair.

you can go to a hair salon and have them do it, that way you have a better chance of it being even!
