There may be a perfectly reasonable explanation so you shouldn't dump him until you have at least given an him an opportunity to explain himself.
So call him/go see him and find out what's going on. Once you've heard it, threaten to dump him if you are in any doubt about whether or not has told you the truth - that should prompt him to do so.
Once you know what the explanation is you can then decide whether or not to continue the relationship.

It's over, don't call him not even to break up with him!! It is over, he doesn't need confirmation. If he was about being with you then 11 days would not have passed since your last communication. Period..... Move on, not rush but start exploring other options!! When and if he calls, tell him that you are no longer interested, he will learn that if he likes and wants to be with a girl, don't go 11 days without talking to her.

I think he has already broke up with you. This could be a possibility. Im not saying it is but I have done someone like that. I didnt know how to tell them I didnt want them anymore so what i did was stop calling them and they finally got the point and when he tried calling me I avoided him.

yeah, if a guy hasn't called within so many days....especially if he is "a boyfriend" then i'm afraid to say that i think this is way of telling you its over. Its up to you. Do you want to "beat him to the punch" and dump him first or ask him, what's up...THEN dump him. I don't care what anybody says. If a man really wants to be with you he can take 2 bloody seconds out of his life and call his girl. Dump him honey...before he does it to you. Sorry to say. Move on. Ask him whats up... If he acts like a jerk the break up with him. But, give him the benefit of the doubt, it sucks to have a real reason to have not called and not be heard.

First try to contact him ,and ask for a truthful explanation. If that attempt fails, break up with him, or just move on, because he might not be alive for one or another unexpected reason.

It's messed up to break up with someone without even giving them a chance to explain themselves. Call him and see what's up, and don't type in all caps next time.
