Vitamins should have no effect on appetite. They certainly will not make you feel more hungry. If anything, you may lose some cravings for certain foods because your body is getting the nutrients it needs. Look elsewhere for your increased appetite. Are you really hungry, or eating out of boredom or to fill some other need? Try eating six small meals a day rather than three large ones. Appease your hunger with healthy snacks rather than fast foods or junk.

Silliness in the replies thus far.
Put very simply, you gain weight when your caloric intake exceeds the calories you burn. Period.
Diets and exercise both operate on this principle; you are either reducing the amount your body can use and/or store, or you are increasing the amount used to burn off existing supplies.
That out of the way, some things can and may trigger the body's responses - specifically it will decide to store more calories, it will make you hungry on a more constant basis, and as a result you gain weight. For some people this occurs during winter months; it was useful for our ancestors. Depends on genetic makeup.
Is it likely for anyone with discipline and an attentive approach to their health? Not really. Watch what you eat, how much exercise you get, and the little things will not matter.
There's a wealth of resources on the internet for figuring out the numbers involved, suggest you look for them.

Usually, vitamins only normalise the metabolic processes in your organism. You can't gain weight from vitamins unless the vitamins help against a condition that reduces weight in an abnormal way

Yeah, it's possible. I was told to take an iron supplement, same thing, hungry a lot, and I started to gain weight.
