Need translation in to Scottish for "We need to join..." or " I would like to join..."?

Question

Am doing a cross stitch for Scottish friend and would like to put the phrase (either) "We need to join" or "We should join..." or "I would rather join.." in as close to Scottish dialect/pronunciation as possible; she is from Aberdeen, if that makes a difference.

Do you mean translation into a scottish dialect of English (what the guy above has given), or a translation into Scots Gaelic (a completely different language)?

In Aberdeen people speak mostly English with a scottish dialect, so yeah I'd go with what the guy above has given. That's if you are sure you want to, but in truth it's really just a dialect and you are still supposed to write it as you normally would.

The second answer is right, Scot's Gaelic is usually spoken only in small pockets of the highlands, so everyone speaks English with a Scottish accent. The Aberdeen accent is particularly strong, & I've heard some Scottish people say that even they can't understand it!!
