I got really straight hair and I would like to have curly hair for a day How do I get it curly when it doesnt want to hold curl?Ive tryed everything...

Well, once I had to make my hair REALLY curly for this school play I was in... and what I did was this:
Curled my hair like you would normaly do, then while theh air was wrapped around on the curler, put some hairspray on it. Then, when you take the curling iron out, spray your hair again with hairspry. Then just keep doing this for your whole head.
This will last like a whole day..
But, just a warning: You curls are REALLY hard, and they look really curled!

i have the same problem and this is the only thing i have found but it doesnt work that great but maybe you can figure out some other tricks. In order for our hair to hold curl it has to have wave/curls right? well take a shower and shampoo your hair. Then towel dry a little bit and put into 2 braids(pigtails) Go to sleep like that and you will have something. Then try using mooses and stuff. here are the steps:
1. Use a volumizer on your hair. make sure your hair is dry.
2. Put a little bit of mousse in it.
3. Curl it with a curling iron. As you curl it spray it with hair spray.
4. When you are done spray it all one last time.

go to a beauty school have have them do a wet set. Shampoo, set in rollers with ultra hold styling product, dry under a hair dryer.
No brushing, just finger comb.
