I shaved my head a few months ago, and it's starting to come back in, but in the meantime with it being so short, what can I do to look more feminine?

Highlight it. Put pretty preppy highlights in. Then spike it. It creates a feminine rocker look :)

Maybe you can wear a really cute hat, that will look good with your face, and one that would be feminine
Or, you could like keep shaving it so it never gets short.
And, you could get a hat, that has part of a wig connected to it when you go out in public.

Headbands, sashes, barrettes, long earrings, and cute outfits. Always wear your hair to one side. You could get some highlights too. Make up always helps as well. If you're not willing to wait too long while your hair grows out you could opt for extensions. Good Luck!

Why did you shave your head? Theres really nothing you can do until it grows out a little more.

Depending how short your hair is, there are some really cute hair styles you can do til your hair grows out. I've seen some spike 'dos that are really nice.

Wear cute hats and wear girly shirts that make u look feminine.No matter what u know u are a girl.

get a variety of diff coloured ribbons ..tie them around your head in a bow ..(real cute look)

you can wear hats or get a wig, they are not that bad. also, you can wear it normally cause it doesnt matter about what others think...seriously!
