That is SO weird that I should see this question today.

Here's the recipe for the sandwiches I had for lunch (makes 8):

1 lb ground turkey
1/4 t ground black pepper
1 can no-salt-added tomato sauce (8 oz)
1/2 c ketchup
1/4 c barbeque sauce
1 tsp chili powder

I also put a slice of no-fat cheese and a quarter teaspoon of dill relish on each sandwich.

Tomato sauce, ketchup, salt, pepper, a little hot sauce and just a couple drops of worchestershire sauce. You also can add a little sugar if you like a sweeter taste or BBQ sauce if you like that. Add some crushed tomatoes, italian seasoning, garlic powder, onions and leave out the worchestershire sauce and you have spaghetti sauce.
