Aside from the obvious that is, i.e., protein powder, fruit, & water. I throw a teaspoon of all natural peanut butter for flavor. What special ingredient do you ad?

well my friend heres my deal

i live a very low carb low fat lifestyle

what i do is buy something called carb solutions protien powder @ winn dixie it cost 9.99 you get about 13 servings it is 0.5 g of fat 21 grams of protien 2 grams net carbs

to it i add ice to a blender, 8-12 ounces cold water i use about 3-4 scoops of powder

i add sometimes peanut butter (for the proper fat my body requires) a bananna sometimes i will not add the bananna but add 8 oz's of made coffee or expresso (adds great flavcor)

or i go to GNC & buy amplify it is the ssame stuff but there are many more flavors bananna,cookies and cream,chocolate,strawbeery and others it cost a lil more but is well worth it

frozen berries, milk, orange juice, one ice, chocolate protein powder and blend it!
