It doesn't sound like you're even seeing her outside of work, so I would not tell her you love her. You could be accused of harassing her.
Start with asking her out. You don't know you actually love someone until you actually know them. You only get a glimpse of someone at work.
If you date her for a few months and think the feeling might be mutual, that's the time to tell her.

Last time I gave an advice to someone like this and they both broke up and go different way. But after that she regret every moment of it. So, I still give you this advice if it doesn't work on you then...oh well.
My advice is that just tell her how you feel. you explain here so well, and I am sure you can do the same to her. But if she doesn't accept your love because you are poor then it is her problem not your. Money she can find but not love. I hope that help. Good luck.

Life is about taking chances, wealth shoudln't stop you from trying your luck with dating her, just flirt with her and then when you feel right, tell her how you feel. And well see what she says, I'm sure she likes you too. But well don't wait too long, because she isn't going to wait forever, and well whatever happens, happens, and in the end at least you can say you tried. So just do your best man, that's all you can really do

If you really love her then tell her, maybe she is feeling the same things you are feeling.
Remember no one is better than someone else.. money doesn't buy love.
If she doesn't feel the same way you should know now so you can go on with your life and find the "true love" you deserve. Good luck

Take her on a lunch/movie date. Something very casual with no pressure. Have fun with her and then you can find out slowly how she feels about you. Maybe dinner the next time and a kiss on the forehead or cheek. Don't wait too long. If she turns you down, then you'll know she is not interested. Go on with your life.

Hey dude! first of all, lighten up! if it's meant to be it will be. When I met my wife she was 3 years older than me (she was 20 I was 17) now eons later (29) we are still together, not only was she older she was and still is to me drop dead gorgeous, I thought I had a snowballs chance in hades to go out with her but when i finally got the nerve to talk to her we hit it off and as they say the rest is history, anyway back to you, be calm cool and collected when you first talk to her, give her small compliments, don't over do it, and just be yourself, unless she is a shallow and materialistic person, you will be able to find out if you have a snowballs chance in hades with her!

Had exactly the same thing mate, if she's spoken for its probably best not to say anything and keep the status-quo.
It's hard, I know but in the end would you want to make her feel aquward or risk your friendship
If she's single then get a mutual friend (girls are best) to see what she thinks of you
If anything is going to happen, it will by itself

Look, at some point you have to be a whole person and take responsibility for your feelings and actions or lack of actions. In my opinion, you should let her know. If it's not meant to be, then higher powers have a reason for it. Maybe you are tooo good for her.

Wealth shouldn't stop you from being with someone. But you need to know if she feels the same way. Get to know her and take her out on dates. And go from there.
