Hahahhaha first of all if you're working your abs, you're not going to be working them "daily". You're supposed to give a muscle group ~48 hours or more between workouts.

A beer belly consists of a high amount of bodyfat in the stomach area. Bodyfat comes from an excess of calories and is eliminated by maintaining a caloric deficit in your diet (ie you burn more calories than you eat during the day so the rest of the calories have to come from fat on your body). The deficit you create/maintain over time becomes a "debt" and each lb of fat is ~3500 Calories.

So here's what you're going to want to do:
a.) Reduce the amount of calories that you eat during the day ie create a caloric deficit.
b.) If you want to build some muscle in the area then try doing crunches (add weight for resistance if necessary) and doing ~3-5 sets about 2x a week. Keep the reptitions in the 6-12 range for optimal muscle size increases. It should be noted that it will be difficult to build your ab muscles (rectus abdominus) up while you have a caloric deficit (called a "cut") but you should be able to more or less maintain what muscle you have there.

The idea of "spot reduction" is an old and overblown myth. If you do crunches but do not have a caloric deficit then you will not be losing the bodyfat in that area that you would like to. Also when your body decides to lose fat, you have no real control over where the fat will be taken from (arms? legs? face? stomach?) so you'll have to lose fat all over your body in general (perhaps a good thing though). Simply working out an area of the body will not decrease the bodyfat there.

Other than that good luck and remember to have patience. You might get halfway to your goal and be upset that it's taking so long BUT remember that your belly already looks halfway better than before.

A daily program to do this would be some form of cardio. You would be walking every day (except for 1) for 30 minutes minimum, and at a brisk pace.If you can join a gym you can use the stationary bike, or some of their other equipment. To lose the beer belly it will take exercise, and not just laying down and doing crunches! Get going! You can do it! Stay with it and watch that belly start shrinking!

Abs exercises will not get rid of a beer belly. Only overall weight loss can do that. If you are genetically predisposed to abdominal fat, you will find it next to impossible to get rid of it entirely. You lose weight everywhere else first. You can even be "underweight" (low BMI) and still have a noticeable belly. Abs exercises do help in one respect: you can use those muscles to pull in your belly and make it less noticeable; well-toned abs muscles make it easier to do that and sustain it. However, as soon as you relax, back comes the belly.

cardio like working or cycling helps needless to say. however the ingredient i attempt to undergo in strategies is that it is not in hassle-free terms a "beer" abdomen. i like to drink an excellent sort of beer on the weekends and generally a million or 2 nights for the duration of the week additionally, yet whilst i'm no longer unfavourable my physique that way I shelter it in different methods. Have a balanced healthful nutrition recurring, and stay faraway from the Soda and processed meals, those make contributions to the "beer" abdomen greater advantageous than the few nights of binge eating do.
