what do u do with ur bangs when ur growing them?

i am growing bangs and i am having trouble finding out somewhere to put them the side front hairspary to the top of my head etc.? what should i do?

Hmm, when I grew out my bangs, I let them down, until they got past my eyes, then I used a regular clip to clip it to the side, or I would take all the bangs in my hand, and brush them behind my head (like going over my forhead) and then cliped them down...it looks super cute...and its fast and easy

Well, here r some ideas...

Try wax. Hair wax works great for smoothing bangs back or to the side. Use a very small amount, and apply with your fingers.

Wear a headband. A wide headband looks chic, and conceals in-between bangs.

Sweep them to the side. If your bangs are starting to graze your eyebrows, consider wearing them swept across your forehead (a side part makes this easier).

Find a great hairspray. When you're trying to keep long bangs under control, nothing beats hairspray. Try a flexible hold formula so bangs still have some movement.

Add some volume. Spritz a volumizing spray onto bangs, then use a round brush to blow dry. It will give bangs a bit of lift and shape (beware too much lift, though, which has a 1980s big-hair effect).

Pull them straight back. Take a cue from Nicole Kidman's do at this year's Golden Globes: pull your bangs straight back, leaving the sides down. Secure with a barrette.

I've kind of got the same problem, & what I do is , sometimes I will use the straightening iron on just that area, and keep the rest of my hair curly, or if you dont have curly hair , some curling thongs, or hot rollers, for the rest of your hair. I tend to pull the two sides up & put it into a pretty clip, or making it into a semi funky type bun with a bit of hair sticking out & use some hairspray.Making your hair into two differnt looks is great, as I said eighter by straightening the front or the back or visa /versa. Just play around &have some fun, it's unreal what you can come up with.

there are alot of pretty barrettes in the stores, i'm sure you can find some you like and you can just sweep your bang on the side and pin it, or you can do the mohawk thing that looks like a bump (plz excuse me i don't know what its called) i think it looks neat on some people or you can just let it flow naturally they'll grow out in no time.

Headbands and sashes are super cute, and bobby pins could work too. You could take your bangs, pull them back and use a booby pin or clip to hold them there. Also you could pull your bangs back, only this time instead of pulling them flat on your head, you could make it into a cute poof by rolling them and pinning them.

I went through that. What I did was I put it in high ponytails. Then when my bangs got to a decent lenght I cut all my hair short, so it was even. I don't know if that was the best approch, but it worked for me.

when i grew out my bangs, i thot i looked really awkward just letting them hang when they were at that weird lenght. so my mom told me to clip them back with a nice little clip, it looks nice and it can match ur outfit too! lol :D

get a cute scarf or between the silk ties they sell now (observed one at purpose) or you need to use small barrettes to tug them to one side and pin them up. in case you're taking a super barreled curling iron and positioned one curl in turning the iron up in direction of the crown they are going to be less complicated to maintain to one side

i keep mine short and let them hang, if your growing them out put it back in a clip ponytail, or moose, gel, spray tehm to the side
