Here it is- it has worked for my 2 kids, and others after I tell them........
1. get m and m's handy
2. get a small potty chair
3. get a couple books about potty
4. you need to be home for about 4-5 days straight
5. now you can start. let them run around bare-but
6. Set the timer for 1/2 hour. Tell him/her to sit on the potty for 5 min. (read them a book in the mean time if it's to long for them.) If they go, give lots and lots of praise!!! I mean go crazy!! Give them about 3 m and m's.
7. Set the timer for 1/2 hour
8. Avoid asking the question "you got to go potty?'
9. Timer goes off- ok! What does that mean junior? Time to go potty again he or she would say, or you say it if they don't
10. repeat process all day long. If they go # 2 in the potty, reward with a handful of m and m's. They are very colorful and kids love them!!
11. Praise praise praise. I do spank my kids for behavior problems such as lying, disobedience, and bad attitudes, but never for having an accident. If there is an accident, clean it up queitly, and don't say much at all. Remind them it's ok, but try to make it in the potty next time, or in your own words.
Good luck!!! Hope this helps you. My girl was potty-trained in two days with the method. Took my 2 1/2 year old son a week. Leave pull-ups on them at night just in case.
p.s. if this doen't work at all, try again in a few months.

Sit him on the potty at least once every hour. Be VERY consistent. Tell him that this is where big boys go potty. Put him on the potty within 15 mins of eating or drinking, and clap and be excited every time he uses it. Even if he doesnt, tell him you are really glad he tried, and next time he sits on the potty, you are sure he will go. Positive re-inforcement is key. You could even get a jar, put his name on it, and tell him everytime he goes potty, he gets a marble or whatever in the jar. And when he gets a certain ammount (you decide) he will get a reward (new toy, day at the park, whatever) The hardest part will be for YOU. You have to be very patient and VERY CONSISTENT. It may take a week or more, and even longer before he stays dry at night. Try buying him big boy undies and tell him that you threw away his diapers because they are for babies. Tell him hes a big boy, and that he cant pee in his special undies, he has to go in the toilet. Stick with it for a week or so and you will be glad you did! Good luck!

Don' t use pull ups or disposable training pants they just take the place of a diaper. get out the mop buy plenty of laundry detergent and pay close attention to your childs cues that they gotta go. Don't scold them for not going in the toilet or for going on the floor. Praise them so the neighbors can hear it when they have a sucessful trip to the potty, make it fun

Start off with putting the child on the toilet every evening during bath-time. Let the child see you or your spouse use it at that time as well. In a few months the child tends to desire to potty more often and soon the whole matter is over with.

Just don't push him in to it before he is ready as this is more than likely going to put him of even more. try to give him just a small reward after each time that he uses the potty as this will encourage him to do it mmore often. But remember not to over do the rewards as then he will expect them for every thing that he does. I found that my children prefered to use those special seats that you put on a normal toilet then they feel all grown up like mummy and daddy. good luck as this can some times be quite a trying time for parents.

Put him in pants if he doesn't get the jist of it at first. If he wets himself, let him stay in them for a couple of mins, then tell him that it will happen each time, and he will get embarrased and the will start to use the potty. And reward him when he uses it. I've baby sat a couple of kids when they were potty training and it worked.

This is going to sound silly kind of but the babysitter I had for my oldest son years ago watched a lot of kids. She would say "potty time" and the kids lined up at the bathroom. She kept the bathroom door open. Each saw others "going" and it going them ALL going. It was amazing. Of course, at that age you don't have to worry about them "seeing each other" as they are still babies. But it worked!! Kids watch other kids doing something and they copy. I don't know that this can help you much in your own situation. Anyway, they will do it when they're ready.

My daughter replaced into a similar way basically approximately. She began off somewhat nicely early on and then went downhill and it took consistently. She replaced into no longer completely potty experienced until eventually she replaced into approximately 3 years and four months. It takes time, yet you need to consistently compliment whilst they do solid and have rewards so as that they are going to decide directly to circulate. no longer something substantial, in line with possibility in hassle-free terms a decal or a small candy like a million M&M or something. the solid ingredient nevertheless is my daughter is 4 a million/2 now and has truthfully no problems! it gets greater proper, I promise!
