I am taking Once a Day vitamins and I feel I am hungry all the time, therefore eating more and gaining weight. DO vitamins do that?

It means your cells are starved. It means you are eating heavy refined flours and carbohydrates. You have many sources of sugar, and you probably eat meat.

You need to get your carbohydrates from high quality, low inflammatory, high fiber sources:
*buckwheat
*amaranth
*quinoa
*brown rice
*oats -preferably whole

You need to eat fish instead of any red meat or poultry.

You need to not eat anything hydrogenated especially margarine. Get organic olive oil (spectrum is inexpensive) and Flax Oil. You will lose wieght on these, not gain.

You need healthier snacks. Eat vegetables, green leafies, and/or raw sweet potatoe (but don't over do the sw. potatoe)

You probably need a multi-source green powder supplement 2 to 3 times a day for those energy lows, especially instead of coffee. You also probably need Vitamin C 1000 mg a couple times a day for energy.

You need to replace your sugar intake with stevia drops or powder.

You shouldn't. However, sometimes the Once a Day vitamins leave the husk (shell) in your digestive system...they get stuck to the DS track or something. I would use Shaklee or GNC multi-vitamins.

Some things may trigger wanting to eat. Are you working out more and thus craving to replace burned calories?

supplements could haven't any effect on urge for nutrition. They honestly gained't make you sense more effective hungry. If something, you could lose some cravings for certain ingredients because your body is getting the nutrition it desires. look elsewhere on your more effective urge for nutrition. Are you really hungry, or eating out of boredom or to fill another want? try eating six small nutrition an afternoon truly than 3 large ones. Appease your starvation with healthful snacks truly than quickly ingredients or junk.
