I really haven't seen many homeless overweight people, but have a couple thoughts. 1) many are alcoholics, so take in useless calories throughout the day. 2) they can't afford protein rich foods, so eat simple carbohydrates and convenience foods which are loaded with sugar and pack on the pounds.

They are not ! Some are but not many. The most overweight people are those who have a home.

It really is they don't have excess to
healthy foods. They eat whatever and
when your not eating your 3 meals
a day your system compensates.

I would assume it's because of what they eat, probably alot of carbs, fast foods, and sweets. They probably have no idea of what is healthy.

because the only food they can afford is fast food which, as anyone with a brain knos, is highly fattening.
