I'm almost 13 years old, 4'8''(yes, I'm a slight tad short) and weigh 85 pounds(I'm not skinny or fat, just average). I already have a 4 pack and am trying to get a 6 pack before my school starts in late August. I just can't seem to tone the lowest part of my abs; there's a small bulge of fat there that just won't get away. Know any easy yet effective exercizes to help me? A picture of how to do the exercize would help, or a clear explanation of it.

Those bottom two abs are the hardest to show because that's the last place the fat wants to come off. I'd say do some ab exercises that focus on the lower abs (stuff like bent knee leg raises, hello dolly, and flutter kicks . . ... . search around online), and stay lean.

If you can figure out what your body fat % is . . . you need ot be around 8-10 % for your abs to show. You must be somewhere around there already.

1. Stay lean.
2. Work out the lower abs. That will make the muscles grow and show more.

Doing all this in 1 or 2 weeks is impossible, but I dunno WHY you need a 6 pack for school. I dunno what that has to do with learning.

Oh by the way, only work your abs 2 or 3 times a week, and never two days in a row. That can actually make 'em go away. (hard to explain) And get lots of PROTEIN!!!!!!!

Wait a sec, hold up!!! Why settle for a 6 pack when you can go for the 12, 18, or even the coveted 30 pack!!! Just keep on doing those crunches, dawg! Don't settle for just SIX.

there is no ez way,but crunches and runnin are effective, crunches are when you lay on yer back, put yer hands behind yer head, and with yer legs bent and in the air,try and touch yer nose to yer knee,do as many as you can, start off with 5 sets of 20 and add as you progress
