a couple of years ago i went to a buffet in Vegas and tried a dessert called EXOTIC ISLAND, it was mango puree with something else. Thing is, I haven't been able to find the recepie...has anyone heard of this dessert?

could be pouched meringues in mango coolie. floating islands are pouched meringues in custard, they're pretty good. the the exotic island could be similar. look for a recipe on allrecipes.com

perhaps on Amazon.com
there are quite a few, and some receipes are the best of the
buffets.
