I am actually blond, but you can get a shampoo / conditioner and foam set in the UK made by Sunsilk which which contains a natural brightening agent (I forgot the name now ) but it is in the sunsilk products
You can get them for all different colour hair

Chamomile is to be used by people with light hair. I don't think it will do many changes to your hair but its worth the shot.

I wouldn't use lemon juice if i were you, because lemon is like an acid so when you expose it to the sun it causes a reaction and damages your hair and makes it dry and brittle. It wont change your highlights that much so i think its not worth damaging your hair for.

Use special shampoo/conditioner for blondes and then ending it with a chamomile rinse .Check out the website for the rinse.Hope it helps.

Chamomile tea?
I've never tried that, but I know that lemon juice in water makes a good rinse to bring out your natural highlights.
