I have noticed that a lot of fundamentalists say that the Bible is all you need to know for life, so I ask you this: Can you provide me with the passage or verse that explains in detail how I can fix my damaged radiator for my truck? I have looked through that book and can't find it, but since you say you have read the Bible completely, you should know where it is, so can you show me? It would mean a lot. Thanks.

Trust in God. He can magically fix poverty, why not your truck?

Except, wait, he hasn't fixed poverty, or really anything...

I am not a fundamentalist . . . but I believe they teach it is all you need to know for your spiritual life. It may help you with patience, faith, long-suffering and even help you to pray for a solution. With faith, you may find the answers to prayer comes in unexpected ways.

Although I am a Christian, I live in an area with a lot of fundamentalist. I know they tend to talk in symbology and sometimes fail to take the symbology down to today's language. (Which of course, makes one wonder if they really understand everything they talk about since they can't put things in common terms.) Seriously, why pick on them? There are some good people who follow that path.

if it would really be of help to you (as you have noted "it would mean a lot", altho i do not really know what you meant by that exactly)

this verse can be of help ... & it can be seen @ luke 10:41

Martha, Martha," the Lord answered, "you are worried and upset about many things,...
(it would be best if you substitute your first name for Martha)

...the bible is not a magic-book or a cure-all book... the bible is not ALL you need to know for life... & there is not a single thing that can do that...

but, & its a big but... but if there is a God, the Creator, the Intelligent Designer, the Supreme Being, the Alpha & the Omega, then God is all you need to know for life and living...

Dude, you are being extreme (as some fundies are too).
Here is a verse that they may take out of context,
"All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right. God uses it to prepare and equip his people to do good works." -2 Timothy 3:16-17 (NLT)

As far as the Bible and fixing your car, I think the Bible talks about patience & about getting counsel from people wiser than yourself (ie- another grease-monkey). lol good luck with the radiator.

What a ridiculous question! The Bible speaks to us about spiritual life! Christians should not concern themselves with philosphies of this world!

El dios te perdona para ser más mudo que un radiador.

You're making a great mistake. You don't discuss with a fundamentalist. It's no use.
