For the items you suggested a cucumber is 24 kCal, 5TH AVENUE Candy Bar is 269 kCal which is typical of a candy bar, I am not sure what you meant by proteins, but I hope this is useful.

go on here and check it out http://www.calorieking.com/foods/ but theese webistes can b miss leading as i said 4 me 2 eat 2900 calories 2 maintain my weight i did and lost quite abit some 1 else gained! countin calories not teh way 2 go jst eat less u kno if u have or not and do more exersise if u tryin 2 lose it if ur tryin2 gain it then eat more!!

but if i was u unless u over 200 lbs why bother eat wt u wnt and b happy as there is laot guys pefearing mre curvy gals
