Get a kitchen timer and set it to go off every hour. This will help you to keep track of the passing of time, and will also help you to remember things like emptying the washing machine, taking meds, and eating meals. Also, buy yourself a dry erase board, and tack a calendar to the frame. Write down everything you're afraid of forgetting, and then when that alarm goes off, go back to it and read it to check for things you might have forgotten.
I have bipolar disorder, and during a severe 2-yr depressive episode (I was hospialized 8 times, and had to relearn basic hygiene and housekeeping skills), this was the only thing that kept me on track.
Best of luck, and I'm glad you're doing better!

Always take your meds, and keep all your therapy appointments. Also try meditation tapes with just a bit of relaxing sounds nothing too stimulating. Also keep a To Do List for yourself everyday and check the things off as you do them. Hey, Lot's of Luck- You can do this!!!
