Satan doesn't want us to sin, he wants us to be like god. Paradoxically, Jesus wants us to be like god too.

I'm still stuck over the whole "Powerful Perfect Being that Created all" thing. But I suppose Satan wouldn't win if we're able to sin, we were created to be able to sin and his son was hammered to a cross to aid in the forgiving of human sins. So Satan doesn't really win if you're following religion and accept that Jesus saved you or something like that.

AH HAH! Those who believe in God are sinners alright, that doesn' t perfect them but, they have a shot at being saved whereas those who don't believe have a snowballs chance in Hades.
You are correct when you say only God is perfect. But God will one day give His faithful followers immortality and take them to a place that is perfect. Adam and Eve were perfect before they foolishly disobeyed God. So once sin is abolished the faithful will be perfect then, the absence of sin is perfect.
AMEN

We could choose not to sin if we really wanted to do that but we find sin too appealing. You can't say we cannot be like God or you are calling God a liar and I do not believe He lies, do you? Are you saying that God is less powerful than Satan? Satan is stronger than God? God said we can do ALL things through Christ, including not sinning. So are you calling God a liar? We choose to sin, it is not something God makes us do.

No, Satan never wins. We are all sinners but can be forgiven through the saving grace of Jesus Christ. Those who believe in him and seek His forgiveness are part of Christ's victory.

The battle for human souls is already won. Jesus saved the world. He isn't going to save it tomorrow; he already saved it, about 1,976 years ago when he was crucified.
Satan lost the battle before he even began it.
But to know this, you would have to also know that God exists outside of time and space, and for him the work is done. What we are perceiving is limited by time and space, and so we see the battle going on. The battle has ended. We just don't know it through our senses. The way we know it is through faith.

"for all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God; being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: whom God set forth to be a propitiation, through faith, in his blood, to show his righteousness because of the passing over of the sins done aforetime, in the forbearance of God; for the showing, I say, of his righteousness at this present season: that he might himself be just, and the justifier of him that hath faith in Jesus."
Yes we all sin, but Christ paid the price on the cross for us, and was then resurrected from the dead.
Satan looses, Jesus wins, and we win too.

demons believe in God and are still going to hell. Christians were sinners, now we are children of God, not perfect and not sinless but not sinners either.
