seriously...probably because a lot of stars (hollywood) are blonde and us (blondes) are compared to them a lot. example:

Being a toe head when I was little and a Blondie Thur a large portion of my life, blonde's were the envy of alot of women. In California blonde's are the epitome are girls and then there are the blonde jokes. Don't let it get to uuuuuuuuuu.Be happy you have blonde hair and if people are jealous of you who cares, you know who you are. You don't want to hang out with those kind of people anyway.Being smart and blonde now that is a great combination. Go for it !!1

In movies alot of times the blondes are the dumb ones. But really ...I"m blonde and I'm in all advanced classes.

some people think that all blonds are dumb. they're not, i'm going out with a blond and he's not dumb at all why do they pick on them. his hair is just blond and bright i think it looks cute!

well uts usually b/c most people see people with blonde hair act ditzy or stupid so they just made that connection, even though its a stupid one but it still exists.

there are just as many jokes about brunetts and red heads. Now black haired jokes? i have yet to see one of those, i just always hear that people with black hair tend to be mean. LOL

true its just a color of hair, but sometimes they just dont stand up for theirselves thinking it makes them cute and say they dont get it when someone picks on them. this goes for all girls who wanna blay the ditzy role.
