I thought I had a relationship with God seems He answered the smallest prayers. Two weeks ago something bad has happened and now my cat is dying. But I started praying with all my heart, body, mind and soul and with every tear for two weeks. Why doesn't He hear me and help me? I haven't done anything wrong I haven't sinned and I keep asking for gorgiveness in case I have done something. The desperation and pain in my heart is unbearable at times when I pray to Him. It feels like he has left me and I don't understand why.

I am not saying that my prayers have been about my cat. I am saying I have been praying for this other problem for two weeks and now on top of the other pain my cat is ill and dying to.

I have stated my question to where you all believe that I have been praying about my cat for two weeks. I had a seriuos problem happen two weeks ago and have been praying for it and yes my heart is saddened that today I took my cat to the vet. and got bad news on him as well. I just wasn't carefull on how I stated my question. I shouldn't haven't mentioned my cat at all.

God heard you prayer,,, sounds you you are a true one , i know it hurts child..., , about your cat, i hope god heals your cat , but he may not, he is not a gennie,,,,cant rub the bottle and he pop out and give you 3 wishes, but he hears you.friend . and i promise you God is looking out for you, if you keep what your doing you will go far,,,,if all goes well all the time in our life, we may start to relax, forget to pray, lose our need for God as we should, so some trials are necessary for us to grow closer to him, and some heartache is to for us to depend on him as we need to, so dont think its strange little one, God is still there ,,, he will lift you back up........love and prayers,,,,,

Sorry to hear about your kitty being in trouble. I know this isn't easy on you.
The reality is that people put their faith in God and then they are disappointed. Didn't millions of people pray that hurricane Katrina would not harm New Orleans? Don't regularly pray that God will bless America? And look what happened on 9/11. Didn't people pray that Hitler would be stopped, and how long did that take?
This is all part of life. Learn to be more realistic and you won't be disappointed as much.
Good luck with Kitty. I am assuming you have been to the vet? If not, don't delay. And if something does happy to Kitty, take comfort in the joy that you had for many years together, and know that Kitty appreciates everything you have done. I wish you all the best during this difficult time.

You STILL have a relationship with God. I believe that God answers prayers in His own time. As you know, all creatures, human and otherwise are part of the cycle of life and death(unfortunately). Maybe this is your cat's time to go to the other life.
God reigns over everyone and it does seem unfair that nothing bad happens to those who do wrong but realize that something more may be in store for you.
Stay encouraged and be blessed.

First of all, God hears you wherever whenever you go...
Second, your cat died, that is normal.
As for other problems of all, it could be a test from God. You are not God, you don't know what God plans.
We often resent because our lives are not smooth, then we complain that God didn't hear us. That's normal. However, God has his plan
Ecclesiastes
3:1 For everything there is a fixed time, and a time for every business under the sun.
3:2 A time for birth and a time for death; a time for planting and a time for uprooting;
3:3 A time to put to death and a time to make well; a time for pulling down and a time for building up;
3:4 A time for weeping and a time for laughing; a time for sorrow and a time for dancing;
3:5 A time to take stones away and a time to get stones together; a time for kissing and a time to keep from kissing;
3:6 A time for search and a time for loss; a time to keep and a time to give away;
3:7 A time for undoing and a time for stitching; a time for keeping quiet and a time for talk;
3:8 A time for love and a time for hate; a time for war and a time for peace.

I was going to give you a "God doesn't exist" speech, but I think other things are more important now. I'm sorry about your cat. Cling to your friends and family. But don't ever feel that your cat's problem has anything to do with your previous behaviour. It's the law of life. Everything that is born is doomed to die some day. I only hope it isn't that time yet for your cat.

I honestly do not believe that God is punishing you for something, by having your cat die. He doesn't work in that way. Sometimes, things just happen, and we have to learn how to deal with it.
From what it sounds like it may be a test of your faith.
The way you are talking, your cat hasn't died yet, and already you are blaming God. Doesn't that seem kind of wayward for someone who says that they have a relationship with God and believe in answered prayer... (since you say he's answered even your small prayers before.)
Remember this :
Deuteronomy 31:8
The LORD himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.

I was going to say: out of all the pain and suffering in nature, your cat?
But you do have a point.
see:
www.topical-bible-studies.org/07-0007.htm
a page of Bible quotes saying: "ask and it shall be given to you"
No doubt the believers will have some strange explanation.
The biggest problem for believers in the various holy books?
Words have specific meanings.

He does hear you. he may not answer you the way you want him too. You didn't do any thing wrong and he isn't punishing you. He has and never will leave you. Your cat dying is part of his bigger plan for you. Do not worry it will all work out in the end.

He hears your prayers, and if for some reason he decides to take your cat, it is in his will to do so and you have to trust it is for the better. You don't want your cat to suffer do you? Just because God doesn't seem to answer doesn't mean he isn't listening. God sometimes answers in ways we don't want him to, but trust he knows best.

Other users are right; sometimes God says "no." But it's important to realize that God does not often choose to interrupt the laws of nature. Death -- of cats or humans -- is part of life in this world.

If you really think that God would step in and revitalize your cat, and not save the millions of suffering and dying human beings every day, you are sick.
Expecting any of your prayers to be answered is taking this mindset, as why would God not answer the prayers of those that suffer without justice? Have you even heard of the Holocaust?
Even if you do believe in God, it's arrogant to believe that, having given us free will, he would step in at all. And it's repulsive when you think of how many times in the world he *SHOULD* have stepped in.
