A school dance is coming up at my school but i want to ask my best guy friend but how and wat should I say ?

Be up front with him, if you want to go with him as friends then tell him and if you want to go as more than friends tell him that too. Ask if he is going to the dance, if he says yes then ask who with, if he says no one, then tell him your wanting to go but you haven't been asked.
