Of course we would notice. All the magical miracles of healed amputees would stop, the horrible religious wars would stop in a second, etc, etc.

Seriously: nope, nobody would know, or even care. They'd continue believing anyway.

"God is dead" -- Friedrich Nietzsche

"Nietzsche is dead" -- God

hehehe :)

So, assuming that God exists and is still alive, it all comes down to whether he/she/it actively changes any part of the world and if anyone was aware of those changes/that presence and would notice if those changes stopped occurring.

My personal theory is that the idea of creating a universe is that you design it well enough that, eventually, it works out its problems for itself. Yes, we have wars, but we don't have rips in the space-time continuum or anything like that.

I guess that, since the bible infers that God actively changed the world during and after its creation (i.e creating Adam, Lilith, Eve, the immaculate conception, etc.), people assume that God continues to manipulate the world. Some people claim evidence of this, but none of it is substantiated. I believe that people would still find evidence of divine intervention even after the death of God.

As an intelligent form of energy, who provides the very energy of life, than likely no, since since all forms of life would cease to exist. There would only be lifeless minerals left.

His name would be reversed into "dog". So I would expect someone who depicts oneself as a kind of dog for spreading the news.
