To have the best platinum shade, you have to bleach the highlights or all your head first, and use a toner for 10 minutes. My brand is professionnal and it's Wella (Amico) , the bleach is Blondor and the toner is Color Touch. If your hair is brown, I recommand you more highlights than full head and to consult a professionnal to do it!

I have dirty blonde hair, and i get highlights with this: Frost and Glow, i like the color because it dosn't turn brassey or orange, if u follow the directions. i dont know if ur looking for full blonde or just highlights but i think revlon makes bolth...ive tried a lot of different braands and this is the one that has worked best for me.
