people who TRANSPORT illegals?? I think they should be given a HARSH penalty, for aiding and abetting a CRIMINAL act!!!!!!!!!!
Even those "do gooders" who transport ILLEGALS, Should be NAILED for it!!!!! All people like that do, is ENCOURAGE even more illegals to try coming here!!!

They should get a very harsh sentence. I'm thinking they should get 10 years for the first offense. Then, if they are caught a second time, it should be harsher. I mean...when you think about it, it's treason to our country. Look at the damage that these illegals have caused. They have bankrupted a lot of hospitals. They are absolutely devastating to the tax payers here, who always have to pay for them!

want to give those drug dealers citizenship. You guys should
give Indians and Chinese citizenship because they are working at
Microsoft and in nasa and helping the computer industry
while the illegals do drug dealing tose people who work at usefull

Well, those who transport illegal aliens are transporting contraband...
They are doing an illegal act, by transporting aliens into the Country and I agree with you, they should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law...

Of course! Most of them are doing it for money ... some of it are doing it for bleeding hearts ... and all of them are aiding and abetting criminals ... stiff fines, and/or a jail sentence might make them see sense!

It should be what in the law books but you will see it. They get their car taken and fine 500 dollars but they can get back their car also. or 6 month in jail if we are lucky. but it's only 60 days.

little lady you have won my heart. I drive trucks for a living and you would be a*s*s stomping mad by the things I see.
Whenever we know some no good is going on, we either call out the bears or we piss in their radiotr grill, nasty smell.
Money is the reason most my crowd takes on one or two, but not me and the boys. we handle it our way and it ain't nice.

I'm totally with you!! What would be the punishment for the person who is the driver for a bank robber?? You know they are only driving the car...they don't actually commit the crime. BUT they get slammed with the crime . Why should one be less guilty than the other?? A crime is a crime...no matter the type.
