I'm confused. You ask about dealing with brothers, then say you want him to shut up? How many brothers are involved here? And when you say you want him to shut up, do you mean he is just talkative, or he nags at you, or rags on you, or generally makes your life miserable?
First move, of course, is talk to your parents about the problem. Not when you're all upset because he's done it again, but when you're calm and rational and can talk without breaking into tears.
You don't say if you are dealing with an older or a younger brother. Older brothers sometimes take on the role of being someone in a position of authority over you. And that can become very stressful after while. Especially when you are growing up, and wanting to become more responsible for yourself. In homes where there is no dad, an older brother often assumes that authority. That's just the way families work, but it doesn't make life any easier for the younger members of the family.
Younger brothers can be a pain in the neck, but usually they are just seeking attention. If you flood them with attention, whether they want it or not (and especially when they don't want it) they will draw back. Mostly, you just have to wait till they grow up.
But in the meantime, to address your problem, talk with your parents, explain what's going on, be specific about what he does that annoys you, and hopefully they will be able to deal with it.
Good luck to you.

Go out on ya own or with friends for awhile, just ingore them, brothers are suppost to be annoying, but ya know that you love em deep down inside.
If they can sometimes become as you say "Super Annoying" just find a quiet place to just chill out for awhile, go out and chill out. You'll feel better about them.

I'm assuming they're younger than you are. My brothers are 5 and 14 years younger than I am, and I promise you, when I was still living at home, they both drove me INSANE. The best way to deal with them is to ignore them. DO NOT allow them to get a rise out of you, it's giving them attention, and that's what they want. I realize this is probably EXACTLY what your parents are telling you to do, and I know it's incredibly hard, but trust me, it works. It takes a LOAD of patience on your part, but start ignoring the crap out of them. Warning: at first, they'll try even harder to bug you, they'll even probably get right in your face. DO NOT react to this, tell yourself you've almost got the battle won. They'll tire of bugging you soon enough. Best of luck to you!

Ignore them, I mean really, really ignore them, act like there not even around, they do it ( annoy you) because they love to see your reaction. If yor dont make any reaction to them eventually they may leave you alone.
