It is a personal desision of whether you should worry about your skin. I love to tan in the tanning beds but I always cover my face with a towel and when I am out doors I put sunblock on my face because I know that the sun creates wrinkles and your face isn't something that you can cover up when you are 60 and wrinkled. Then you have to think about skin cancer. For me it should be an issue cause both of my grandmothers had skin cancer but I am one of those people out of sight out of mind. I see the wrinkles in my mothers face from when she was in her 20-30's living on the beach in hawaii and monterey california that is why I take care of my face but the skin cancers you couldn't really see they just went in and cut it out, but they caught it early. I also figure we are all going to die of some type of cancer why not chance it with something that will make you look awesome rather than something like smoking that just gives you nasty teeth, a bad odor and a head rush. From your picture you don't look too tan. There are people where I live that are way tanner than that. I think you look good.

i personally think that pale is beautiful. but if ur really active, theres not much u can do to prevent a tan. u should probably think about going to the doctor for tests at least once a year. no offence, but u look to be about 35 or maybe 40, so 35 years in the sun will leave damage. i dont think theres much to worry about, but u can never be too careful.

Natural Beauty should never be shadowed
with too much light, take care of your beauty,
you do not want to age before your measure
in Natures Patterns of what nature bestowed
on your form, show the world what nature
has given you without too much cover from
the heat of our sun .....
Have fun in the sun, but take heed dear girl ....
Too much sun will do you harm indeed .....
Smile ......

I think you have a healthy looking tan , it looks good on you. You may want to use moisturizer to keep your skin from becoming dry but aside from that , I don't see a problem.
