just drink a big glass of water it gets rid of your hunger and no calories, fat and carbs perfect for when you think you are hungary and you really aren't you just think you are because you aren't doing anything and want something to do with your hands

It depends on what i'm craving, really...
A lot of the times it's a salad, or a tortilla wrap...
Yogurt or fruit....
Or, whatever i'm craving at the moment. :)
