If you chose not to get support, why do you want to get back at him. I did not seek support for my two children because their father is a deadbeat, I feel they are better off without him.

The best way to get back at him is to raise your child to the best of your ability without him.

Child support IS getting back at a dead beat dad.

What else can you do? Nothing, unless you want to stalk him, and that would be kind of weird.

Don't put the kids in the middle....it will screw them up enough that they don't see their dad everyday let alone playing games with your ex.

what makes him a dead beat? why dont you just grow up? water under the bridge. Would seeking child support get back at him? Or just make him be responsible? You sound like one of those who would spend the support on your hair, nails, cigs, and other BS.

You get back at them by sending them letters from the child to the deadbeat and continue trying to keep him in the kid's life. At some point the guy would either give in or run away. Either way you conquer hate with love, also try contacting his mother/sister - some female in his family that isn't estranged. Most women want their grandkids and/or nieces/nephews.

First of all that money belongs to your kids.
Second, he owes it.

Most states have a system in place to garnish wages of deadbeat dads. Most states will even refuse to renew driver's licenses if they dads don't pay up. Let the courts work. The wheels grind slowly but they do grind. His name goes on a list and it doesn't matter which state he moves to.

You aren't doing this for you. You are doing this because you love your kids.

I don't know about seeking revenge but for the sake of the child, seek child support.
