i loved her like there was no tomorrow, the next thing she just betrayed me 4 sum 1 older & dumped me like nobody's business and didn't care at all. how do i deal with such torture?

So sorry; it's sad when you love someone and they don't stay in love with you. There is a girl out there right now who wishes for a guy like you, and you are hurt right now, but it's normal to hurt and grieve when you loss someone important out of your life. I'm sorry she broke your heart and you have to get back out there and take care of yourself. Make a few phone calls, get some buddies to go do something with you tonight. Don't sit home and be sad, just try to live!!!!

GET HAPPY WITH YOURSELF. MASTER A SKILL OR TALENT. BUILD YOURSELF UP AND MAKE YOURSELF MORE INTERESTING. OTHERS WILL NOTICE AND BE MORE ATTRACTED TO YOU. THEN YOU CAN RAISE YOUR STANDARDS.....
