What are some questions and answers I could get my mother to understand me?

First thing to do is ask her why she doesn't want you to talk to boys on the phone. Second thing to do is explain why you do want to talk to boys on the phone.
You sound very young, which may be part of the problem, as young people often spend hours (literally!) on the phone, just talking. But it can be annoying if someone else wants to use the phone.
Suggest to your mom that you be allowed to talk to your friends, boys or girls, but promise you won't talk more than 15 minutes. Get a timer, keep it by the phone, and stick to your promise. Just tell your friends you have to go now, and end the conversation.
Once your mom sees you can handle phone calls responsibly, without tying up the phone for hours, she will probably relax a bit. And if you can treat the privilege of using the phone in a mature manner, you'll score a lot of points when the next problem comes up.

First of all you should honor and obey your mother, maybe its the boys she doesn't like or maybe how you act around them. If you see them at school then let that be enough right now. Good luck.

i'm not sure how old you are, but maybe she feels your not at the right age to talk to boys on the phone, you may thank her later in life. (you just dont know it now)

Talk to them at school. If your mom says no. Then don't do it. Do what your mom says. It is her house, her phone, her rules.

grow up and show her your responcible enough to handle guy's as friends , have them come over and meet your mom and see how she reacts to them

Tell her that they are just you're friends and nothing besides that is going on. Go to a friends house to call them.
