why when i wear my scarf ,finding job in canada going hard?

Are you implying it is easier to find a job without your scarf? Have you been offered jobs 10 out of 10 times when you applied without a scarf on, but 0 out of 10 when wearing a scarf? I'm not sure I understand the question?

The problem is that you are making a religious statement when you are wearing a scarf. At work , people should not impose their religion on others.If you want to wear a scarf as a fashion statement please put it around your neck.At home or at the Mosque that's different , you do what you want then.
Maybe you should also take some English lessons, I'm not trying to be rude.

I assume you wear the scarf because of religious reasons, not because you had Cancer or something... because then you could just wear a wig.
Private business can discriminate that way if they wish. They can impose a uniform. They'd probably have a harder time in the United States imposing rules like that since the US has strict freedom of religion rules in the constitution, but I'm not sure about Canada.
If you move to a place, especially a country other than the US, you usually have to conform to their way of life. If you didn't want to become one of their citizens, then you didn't have to move there.

cause some managements are arrogant B.astards and some are plain racist and some believe that it is less trouble to hire someone of there race and culture.
The other thing is that in Canada they are chosey over everything they only let certain people into there country and if your caught eating dry toast they'll probably kick you out of the country, ok well that was a joke but the rest weren't.

Perhaps they are afraid to hire you because of your culture,people are often afraid of what they are not familiar with.Why not ask others of your culture about where to find a job.good luck
