Yes, I do give thumbs up and down to both questions and answers. I think it helps the Yahoo community to be the best it can be. (assuming I'm a good judge that is).
I try not to judge people, but I don't see this as really judging the person, but more like grading their answer. I am going to be a teacher, and I will have to grade ("judge") the students' answers on tests, but I do not think this is what the Bible means by not judging!

I rarely do it, but when I do it is because of 2 reasons. If it is a valid answer either way I give it a thumbs up. If it is nothing but mindless bashing with not a strain of rational thought behind it I give it a a thumbs down.

I will as soon as I reach Level 2. This is a discussion site, you join it knowing the rules and actions. I want to see other peoples' opinions and I want to see what they think of mine - the ratings are one way of doing that.
