On the bottle it says it is ten years old. Distilled and shipped by Weinbrennerel Gebruder Kenebel.

If the distillery has closed down, it is definitely rare.
10 years ols means the time the VSOP spent in the oak barrel. Once in the bottle, the quality cannot improve (unlike wine).
But price will depend on quality.
