Yes they will burn in hell. Your rgith, God says that the only time divorce is "ok" is when adultery is the reason behind it.

I think the phrase "what God puts together, man can't separate" (I don't know the exact wording) is interpreted by strict Catholics as a no-no for divorce. I'm not Catholic and even if I were, I still think divorce is sometimes necessary. How could the Catholic Church be sure that God really put those two together?
To prevent any problems in the first place, don't rush your relationship. That way, when you do get married, it can be more of a sure thing. Divorce is stupid if no one actually tries to make the relationship work. But it's not good for anyone (you, your spouse, and kids if you have them) to stay together if neither of you are happy.

Yes, divorce is a sin, and I think too many people just sign the papers because they don't want to work things out. On the other hand, I don't think divorce is an automatic sentence in hell. Nothing is. God is all-forgiving, if you truly repent and accept him as your savior, then you'll go to heaven.

No. Divorce is a disappointment and in a perfect world, a person who divorced would stay "unmarried" until their "ex" got remarried or died, thus freeing them to remarry. However, the very ACT of divorcing is sometimes VERY necessary for mental or physical or spiritual safety and therefore acceptable to God.
And therefore not a sin. However, the above rules still apply on "remarriage."

Absoloutely not. Believe in God, not in what people think is right or wrong at His eys. I mean come on, if you are truly unhappy married to someone, why can't u just divorce the person and move on? God made us humans, don't we all make mistakes?
As long as you are not hurting anyone, then chose what's best for your life, and not what's best for someone else's.

I think the big reason protestantism was formed was so that the King of England could get divorced afterall, so only Catholics would feel that way. Hmmmm...

Maybe God didn't say it, but there are religions that do. Hell is a convenient place for so many things that religions dream up, you feel bad that you didn't think to invent it.
