Most of the time when a guy asks this it is because he is interested. If you tell him you don't either he'll ask you out or fish around and see what his chances are (maybe by trying to find out more about you and what you like).

That's a tough one. Maybe he just wants to know, maybe he wants to know for a friend, or maybe he likes you and wants to make sure you're not taken. Flirt with the guy if you like him and see what happens. The only way to know if he likes you is to ask him.

Eh, if he's smart, he saves those questions for girls he likes, but most guys just throw it out there for something to say.
So, in my case, yes (because I'm so damn smart, of course, lol), but it can't be counted on for a "sure thing".
